Now more than ever Massachusetts workers and families need earned sick time. Nearly 1 million hard working people in Massachusetts—almost one-third of our workers—are forced to go to work sick because they can’t risk losing their jobs and the wages their families need.  Thanks to the input of small business owners, the Paid Sick Days bill has been revised to promote a better work environment and bottom line, while protecting working families and the public health.
